Tempo Framing Systems is a Canadian picture frame manufacturer owned by Canadians. It has been in business for 27 years and is located in Pickering, Ontario.
Unlike frames now found in stationary and chain stores, Tempo frames are made entirely in Canada using Canadian labour and only North American materials. This ensures that all Tempo frame manufacturing complies with fair labour practices and that all manufactured components are eco-friendly.
Tempo frames come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us for repair or replacement.
Tempo Framing Systems is a member of the Fair Labor Association, and is a Charter Business Member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. As such, the company adheres to a strict code of business conduct.

Purchase Terms & Guarantee
You should allow 4-6 weeks for delivery but generally speaking you will receive your frame within 2-3 weeks depending on where you are located.
If you receive your frame and it is damaged in any way, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will make sure it is either repaired, replaced or your money refunded, minus shipping charges. We will do what is necessary to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.
Tempo frames also carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us at any time if you think you have a defective product issue.
